Enjoy food no matter your health circumstance.
Whether you're living with a health condition, have a barrier to cooking, or are looking to improve or maintain your health, we're here to show you that food can be both nutritious and tasty.
Dietitian and chef-designed meals and food education coming soon.
Ready-made meals
Dietary restrictions can certainly make eating for enjoyment, culture, or access difficult. That's why our top priority is to make meals that taste good (by working with a skilled chef) and also meet your nutritional needs (by working with Registered Dietitians). Recipes are currently being developed! We'd love to hear what you're looking for in this short survey.
Food education
Alongside providing a convenient nutritious and tasty meal, we want to help you build sustainable healthy habits that are tailored to your unique health condition or circumstance. Food education is being built into all aspects of Friendly Plate. Stay tuned for meal planning and cooking workshop dates.
